Executives at an Aged Care Facility in Queensland were experiencing significant financial distress and poor workplace culture resulting in high staff turnover.

A Day in the Life(DILO)study was conducted to observe daily operations of all roles, from the executive suite through to maintenance and janitorial roles.

Understanding current workflows and processes, establishing role responsibilities, discovering financial wastage and operational inefficiencies was conducted with the help of apartnering consultancy, Populeux.

Findings would be used to shape a strategic plan from the study data and help improve the overall state of the business.
